Neveen Saied is an IICRD Director and Associate, focused on Child Protection and Adolescent Participation.
Neveen is a youth and child rights enthusiast and a passionate researcher. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Project Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom. Neveen has 12 years of progressive experience in the field of Project Management specifically in designing and evaluating community capacity building and social innovation projects geared towards social transformation and youth development. She has led several large-scale development programs with the Egyptian Ministry of Communication and Information Technology and Terre des Hommes Foundation in Egypt, Uganda, Djibouti as well as Iraq. Neveen taught project management courses at the American University in Cairo and has also worked as a master trainer and a coach, where she trained professionals on various transferable skills. She is currently conducting PhD research at Ghent University in Belgium, focusing on workers’ wellbeing and thriving.
