Dr. Rajendra Prasad Parajuli is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Environment Health Science Lab at McGill University. Previously, he was a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Human Ecology, University of Tokyo, Japan. He holds a PhD in Health Sciences from the University of Tokyo. He has been involved in public health since 2000, as a direct service level basic health service provider (as a paramedic for 5 years). During his doctoral research, he recruited 100 mother-infants pairs in Nepal and evaluated their neurodevelopment. He has over ten years of experience conducting research in Nepal, and he was the lead coordinating multinational research teams during collaborative research with the Nepal Development Research Institute.
