Amos Dembele is an Education Specialist & Psycho-pedagogical professional with extensive leadership experience. Amos is focused on positive child well-being impacts as well as human rights. He holds three master’s degrees in Education, Psychological and pedagogical Sciences. Experience highlights include teaching as a professor in secondary schools; his work with national NGO (CAEB - Conseil et Appuis pour l’Education à la Base). He has also worked in the humanitarian and development contexts with World Vision International (2012) as Cash for Work and Disaster Risk Reduction Officer in response to the food crisis in Mali; World Vision International as National Quality Education and Skills Coordinator (2013) and with Right To Play International as a Program Manager before becoming Country Director (January 2018-April 2020). These experiences have strengthened his skills in program/project design, development, implementation, management, evaluation, and reporting as well as technical skills in education and child protection. Amos holds knowledge of Global Affairs Canada (GAC), NORAD, LDS, EAC/Qatar Fondation, World Bank, UNICEF  - including rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. He has also developed his own consulting firm in May 2020 and played the role of CEO while focusing on child protection, education, and youth development themes in West Africa.
