Use of the Circle of Rights in Brazil and Thailand
IICRD's Child Protection Partnership initiative used a child rights approach known as the Circle of Rights to work in partnership with children, better understand the risks and opportunities that information and communication technology (ICT) pose to them and create innovative inter-sectoral protective solutions. These reports document how CPP used the Circle of Rights in 2009-2011 with 14 Brazilian communities and 2009-2010 in three Thai communities to create positive ICT child protection changes in children’s lives.
