Alisa is passionate about social, economic and environmental justice and working collaboratively to create equitable solutions. She has nearly 20 years’ experience working in the non-profit sector with exceptional knowledge in the field of anti-human trafficking, local community & international development, poverty and homelessness. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a Masters in Social Work specialization in International Community Development. Years of experience managing the entirety of project cycles from securing funds to evaluation methodology and analysis. Experience as both a research assistance and research project manager. She also enjoys working on internal organization processes such as analyzing and creating internal policies and working on theory of change pieces.
