Christian Routledge is a 4th year sociology and psychology student at the University of Victoria. He came to be involved with IICRD through a community engaged learning practicum. Christian has been working as a community support worker with youth and adults within the special needs community for a number of years, both in Victoria and in his hometown of Whitehorse, Yukon.
Christian is excited to bring his frontline experience into the non-profit sector and assist the International Institute for Child Rights and Development on some of their projects in 2020. Christian hopes that his background as Northerner will provide a unique perspective on his work for IICRD and beyond.
