Director, Research and Innovation
Dr. Laura Lee is IICRD's Director of Resarch and Innovation. Dr. Lee focuses on child protection and adolescent participation, and is a professional research consultant with more than 10 years of experience in strengthening global child, adolescent and youth health programming, protection and services. Specializing in community-based participatory research methodologies, child protection and participation, and social justice and health equity, she has designed, implemented and analyzed research projects with children and youth in Tanzania, Rwanda, Kenya, Uganda, Bolivia, India, and Angola.
