Where to Watch The Addams Family 2 Is streaming from Home

The Addams Family 2 did alright at the box office during the Halloween season. However, it didn’t achieve the success of its predecessor. 2019’s The Addams Family grossed around $203.7 million compared to the sequel’s $105.2 million. Combined with The Addams Family 2’s lackluster revenue, there were more negative reviews compared to the first one.

The year isn’t over for The Addams Family 2, so the film could feasibly close the monetary gap. Although, it seems as if audiences are more in the mood now for Christmas movies. Be that as it may, if you want to watch The Addams Family 2, you still can. You could watch the film for free on a website like Putlockers or 123Movies.

The problem with pirated movie websites is that they can leave your device with nasty malware. They also take money away from hard-working film professionals. Don’t fret, because there are plenty of other ways to get your Addams Family fix online.

The Addams Family (2019)
As mentioned above, The Addams Family animated film from two years ago had a much larger profit margin than its sequel. On the other hand, The Addams Family still received middling reviews from critics. This is surprising considering that the film boasts a stellar voice cast that includes Chloë Grace Moretz, Oscar Isaac, Charlize Theron, and Nick Kroll.

Some critics did like The Addams Family, including Rosie Knight from IGN. Knight said that the film “will introduce a whole new generation to the loving & strange family.” While it may not live up to Charles Addams’ original ideas, you can still stream The Addams Family with a Hulu subscription.

The Addams Family (1964 TV series)
This adaptation of Charles Addams’ New Yorker cartoons is what catapulted The Addams Family into the zeitgeist. The show ran for two seasons on ABC until 1966. While The Addams Family series may not have had a very long original run, it has a strong legacy. The show has been syndicated on numerous networks over the years, cementing it as classic programming.

The Addams Family show stars Carolyn Jones, John Astin, Ted Cassidy, and Lisa Loring just to name a few. The show is also noted for its opening theme, which you can probably hear in your head as you read this. The original Addams Family TV series is available to watch for free on Tubi.

The Addams Family (1973 cartoon)
If you’re a fan of The Addams Family & classic animation, then you should check out the 1973 cartoon adaptation of Charles Addams’ characters. The cartoon brought over Jackie Coogan from the live-action series to voice Uncle Fester. This 1973 animated sitcom is also noteworthy because it features a young Jodie Foster as the voice of Pugsley Addams.

The Addams Family cartoon only ran for the fall season of 1973. The production company Hanna-Barbera had conceived the idea when they made an Addams Family & Scooby-Doo crossover episode. The Addams Family cartoon isn’t available for free anywhere, yet you can find it on Apple TV, YouTube, and Google Play.

The New Addams Family
This 1998 live-action reboot sitcom originally aired on the Fox Family Channel. The show brought back John Astin from the original series, yet had him appear in a different role. The New Addams Family proved to be a flop, as it only ran for one season. You can watch this version of Charles Addams’ fictional family for free with an Amazon Prime subscription.

The Addams Family 2 still isn’t available for free on any streaming services. However, there’s still plenty of Addams Family content out there for you to enjoy for no charge. What’s your favorite version of The Addams Family? Let us know in the comments!
