Ilan Cerna-Turoff

Illan is a global health and child protection professional with 9 years of experience in research, monitoring and evaluation, program management, capacity building, curriculum/guidelines development, and training.  He has extensive technical knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research design and program evaluation, complex emergencies and conflict settings, child protection and violence against children, gender-based violence, data analysis and mobile technology, adolescent sexual and reproductive health, and health systems.  He is fluent in Spanish and English and has basic proficiency in French.
